Before issuing the device, our technicians and/or drivers will demonstrate the device’s features and how to use it.

Devices must be returned by 10:00. the next business day. If you return the equipment later, an additional rental day will be added.

In the event of equipment malfunction, you should contact your sales manager as soon as possible. Depending on the equipment failure, the equipment may be replaced or a technician may be sent to the site to repair the equipment on site. The person testing the equipment determines whether the failure was caused by the customer. Damage caused by the client will be assessed and the client must pay for it at his own expense.

All units are supplied with a full tank of fuel and must be returned as such. When returning the device with an empty tank, an additional charge for the consumed fuel will be added to the rental invoice in accordance with the price set by Tõsta OÜ.

We do not charge for equipment rental on weekends and holidays, but all machines are equipped with a special device that records the start, stop and operating time of the machine. If the device is used on weekends and holidays, the standard daily rate for the specific machine must be paid.

There is no need to pay a deposit, but the landlord has the right to require advance payment for equipment if necessary after assessing the client’s credit history.
